Proposals for changes to the classification of institutional care
Proposal to change the classification of institutional care according to Article 4 (5) of Law 540/2021 Coll. may be sent by health insurance companies, chambers, health professionals, associations representing healthcare providers when concluding a healthcare contract, patient organisations or supervisory authority to the Ministry of Health by 31 March each year electronically processed according to the structure published on the website of the Ministry of Health. A proposal to change the classification of institutional care may also be made by the Ministry of Health.
