At its meeting on 31.10.2012, the Slovak Government adopted Resolution No 606 of 31.10.2012 on the project to introduce a unitary public system health insurance in the Slovak Republic. In the light of this resolution, founder of the Slovak Ministry of Health through acting Minister Zuzana Zvolenská founded a public limited company with 100% state participation.
