Professional supervision of the use and protection of natural resources only physical person qualified to perform the balneotechnic profession - holder of the authority of the State Spa Commission to perform balneotechnic activities.
Qualification assumptions:
higher water education, hydrogeological or related direction with an environmental focus and at least two years of experience in water management or related fields,
Full secondary vocational education and aged at least 10 years practice in water management or related fields.
A qualified natural person shall complete an additional vocational training of at least one month in five years; provided by the State Spa Commission - see schedule of vocational training balneotechnicians.
The State Spa Commission will issue an executive mandate balneo technician for five years. For more five-year period will be issued by the State Spa Commission to the balneotechnician for execution activities if it continues to meet legal requirements (qualification assumptions, completed vocational training) and not completed in the last three years revoked designation.
Entrustment for the operation of balneotechnics is possible to remove the holder if serious or repeated deficiencies are identified activities.
The State Spa Commission will also recognise as qualified a citizen of a Member State of the European Union who has received adequate education in a Member State of the European Union and can recognise as a competent citizen of a non-member State of the European Union following a request for recognition of a professional competence.
