Resource User - natural or legal person who holds the authorisation to use natural medicinal source or natural mineral source (hereinafter referred to as "the source') issued by the State Spa Commission,
is obliged to:
maintain balneotechnic devices, balneotherapy equipment or filling equipment in technical condition according to the special Regulation,
ensure the implementation of physical, chemical, physicochemical, microbiological and biological analyses of natural medicinal products water and natural mineral water at specified intervals and intervals,
perform resource tracking regimens in a range defined in the permit to use the resource,
present the results of the monitoring of the inspectorate's resources spas and foals in a manner and at intervals according to the authorisation to use the resource;
establish and operate a resource monitoring system; and observation wells connected to the Ministry's Central Monitoring System Health of the Slovak Republic under conditions of authorisation to use the resource and continuously provide data for the database of the Ministry of Health and operate Local information system,
ensure professional supervision of use and protection source via balneotechnics,
for modification and intervention in the technical equipment of the resource request the approval of the State Spa Commission,
keep records of maintenance and repairs carried out source technical equipment,
within three days notify the State Spa Commission of the initiation of use of the resource,
respect the conditions laid down in the authorisation to use source,
implement measures to ensure the use of the resource; and its protection and measures to remedy identified deficiencies identified by the State the spa committee or the Inspectorate of spas and foals,
follow the instructions of the overseers measures determined pursuant to Act No 538/2005 Coll. and the relevant implementing acts regulations,
measure the withdrawn amount of water from the source by flow meter at the place specified by the Spa and Foal Inspectorate, except natural medicinal sources which are pistachios and to communicate information on the actual collected amounts of natural medicinal water or natural mineral water,
pay compensation according to the collection of natural medicinal water; and natural mineral water from a source,
allow use to be made of the operating costs to be reimbursed natural medicinal source to another user who is authorised to use Source (as another user),
allow authorised persons to enter land, buildings, and facilities and enable them to carry out the necessary operations and sampling;
enable monitoring of the use and conservation of resources and observation wells to authorised persons,
indicate the boundaries of the field protection zones,
fulfil other obligations determined by the State Bathroom the Commission's authorisation to use the resource.
