The office of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic or directly of the Minister/Minister of Health is primarily symbolic recognition and expression of moral support for a particular project, activity, conference or other type of event.
This is a one-off manifestation of non-financial support, with which the personal participation of representatives of the Ministry or the Minister/Minister himself does not automatically link. It may also be granted to applicants from countries other than the Slovak Republic. At the same time, the award is unclaimable and its award is decided solely by the close management of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic with (not) the recommendation of the Communication Department of MZ SR.
It is in the interest of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic to be associated as a central authority with only such projects, activities, conferences or other events that do not contradict the law or damage its name. Therefore, the Ministry reserves the right to withdraw the secret.
Granting the cover does not automatically mean that the organizer of the project, activities, conferences or other events can freely use the logo of the Slovak Ministry of Health. He can do so only after special permission of the Communication Department of MZ SR and only in accordance with the design manual of MZ SR. The use of the logo can also be used strictly for the promotion of the project, activity, conference or other event which has been awarded the cover. Materials in which the organizer wants to use the logo are themselves subject to approval of the Communication Department of MZ SR.
PROCEDURE
The request for the award must be delivered to the Podateľnosť MZ SR on Limbová 2 in Bratislava or sent by e-mail in any case to the address mzsr.Your emails, or also at addresses Minister@health.gov.sk whether print@health.gov.sk, at least 30 days before the start of the project, the start of the activity or the conference/event.
The following shall be indicated:
- What kind of cover is involved, i.e. whether a Ministry's or Minister's attachment is requested;
- Information on whether the project, activity, conference or event has been awarded cover by the highest constitutional officials or other government authorities or representatives of public or political life;
- Name and description of the project, activity, conference or event, including an indication of the year;
- Place and time of activity, conferences or events, or details of the duration of the project;
- Information whether the personal participation of the minister/minister or another employee of the MZ SR is expected. The personal participation of the Minister/Minister is confirmed only by the Office of the Minister MZ SR, in other cases the Department of Communication MZ SR can confirm the participation;
- Contact details of the organisers, or agency that covers the project, activity, conference or event.
