In accordance with § 79 of Law No 363/2011 the scope and conditions of reimbursement of medicinal products, medical devices and dietetic foods based on public health insurance and on change; and supplementing certain laws, as amended, the Ministry establishes on its website link to email correspondence for each of the categorisations alone, to collect suggestions and comments from patient representatives organisations to submit the parties to the proceedings on the electronic portal Categorisation.
Complaints and comments from representatives Patient organisations will be assessed individually and in relation to each other submissions by the parties on classification and pricing as a basis for decisions on the classification and pricing of medicinal products, medical devices, special medical materials and dietetic foods.
