For the extract, the volume of natural medicinal water or natural mineral water taken from a natural medicinal source or from a natural mineral source, the user of the source pays the Ministry of Health, which is the revenue of the state budget.
From 1.1.2006 the payment for the use of natural medicinal resources and natural mineral resources is valid under Articles 25 and 50 of Law No 538/2005 Z. z. z.
The payment method and the reimbursement rate are laid down by a generally binding law issued by the Ministry of Health. It is decree MZ SR No 27/2006 Z. z. laying down the method of payment for the collection of water from a natural medicinal source or from a natural mineral source and the rate of payment as amended /change: 541/2008 Coll./.
