Measures are announced in the Slovak Code of Laws by notice of their issue, unless a specific law provides that the Slovak Code of Laws declares the full text of the measure.
Until 31. 12. 2015 the Slovak Republic's Code of Laws also claimed revenues (issued by the Ministry - as well as measures - in accordance with Article 123 of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic). Since 1. 1. 2016 the law of the Slovak Republic does not allow the issuance of revenue - if the legislation contains the authorisation to issue the proceeds, it means the authorisation to issue the measure (§ 26 paragraph 2 of Act No. 400/2015 Coll. on Lawmaking and on the Collection of Laws of the Slovak Republic and on the amendment of certain laws).
