Notice on the negotiations of the National Commission for the Assessment of Occupational Diseases in 2026
We allow applicants to be informed about the re-assessment of a recognised occupational disease or an unrecognised occupational disease on the scheduled dates of the negotiations of the National Commission for the Assessment of Occupational Diseases under Act No. 355/2007 Coll. on the protection, promotion and development of public health and on the amendment of certain laws.
The Commission's negotiations in 2026 are scheduled for the following deadlines:
- February 2026
- April 2026
- June 2026
- 30 September 2026
- November 2026
Applications will be submitted to the negotiations on an ongoing basis, once the necessary documents have been completed.
