In accordance with point B.6 of the Government Resolution No 641 of 3 November 2021 and in accordance with § 10 point 4 of the Act No 121/2022 Coll. on contributions from European Union funds and amending certain laws, the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics of the Slovak Republic was approved as an intermediary body under the managing authority for the Operational Programme Slovakia (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics of the Slovak Republic).
Competencies of the Ministry of Health are regulated inthe contract authorising the implementation of part of the tasks of the managing authority by the intermediate body and the responsibilities associated with this mandate no 691/2023, which includes the areas of intervention and the corresponding quantification of EU funds for PSK 2021-2027 in the collections of MZ SR.
