Payment of administrative fees to proceedings under Law No 538/2005 Z. z. z.
The Inspectorate of spas and springs reports to the applicants for the issuing of decisions and permissions of the State Spa Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to the Act No. 538/2005 Coll. on natural healing waters, natural healing baths, spa sites and natural mineral waters and on the amendment of certain laws as amended, subject to payment of administrative fees pursuant to Act No. 145/1995 Coll. on administrative fees as amended, that with effect from 1.3.2016 a payment order will be drawn up to pay the administrative fee with effect from 1.3.2016; ask at:
