According to §45, paragraph 7 of Act No 540/2021 Coll. on the categorisation of institutional health care The Ministry of Health shall decide on the conditional inclusion of hospitals in the network and issue the first list of categorised hospitals to be published on its website by 31 December 2022.
By § 45a of Act No 540/2021 on the categorisation of institutional health careif the Ministry of Health has not issued a decision under § 45 (7) a 8 By 31 December 2022, it shall do so by 31 December 2023 on the basis of data by § 3 (1) (a) (d), § 37 a § 39 submitted to the Ministry of Health for the years 2019 to 2021.
