The decision of the Ministry of Health on the case The party may lodge objections within 15 days of receipt of the decision. No account shall be taken of the objections subsequently raised. The objector is obliged to deposit on account Ministry of Health a deposit of EUR 5 000. Bail must be credited on behalf of the Ministry no later than the following working day after the last day opposition periods. Otherwise, the procedure for those objections Stop.
