The Networking Board is § 3 from 2 point A) Point 3 of Law No 540/2021 Coll. on the categorisation of institutional health care Permanent advisory body set up by the Minister for Health. The purpose of the Networking Board shall be to: Submission of written opinions Minister for Health oppositions brought by a party to proceedings. Networking Board examine the contested decision to the extent indicated in the objections within 15 days of their submission Networking Board. If necessary, it will complement the existing procedure, eliminating any errors.
The opinion on objections is adopted by a vote agreed by a three-fifths majority of all members of the Networking Board and subsequently published on the website of the Ministry of Health. The statement of objections shall state the names and surnames of the members of the Council who were involved in the procedure for approving the opinion. In the event that a member of the Board disagrees with the opinion on the objections of the majority of members, it shall attach its different opinion to the objections.
The opinion adopted, together with the full file, is subsequently submitted to the Health Minister for assessment. The opinion adopted is non-binding and serves as a basis for deciding on objections at the level of the Minister for Health.
The remit, status, rules of procedure, composition, activities and tasks of the Chairperson of the Board, the Chairperson of the Working Group, members of the Board and members of the Working Party shall be the subject of the Statute of the Networking Board for Categorized Hospitals and Networking Working Groups published on the website.
The Networking Board shall consist of nine members appointed and recalled by the Minister for Health. Each member of the body shall be required to observe the secrecy of all facts which he has become aware of regarding his membership of the Board. The obligation of confidentiality persists during the membership of the body and one year after the termination of membership.
