The Networking Commission is within the meaning of Paragraph 3 (2) (a). 4 Act No 540/2021 Coll. on the categorisation of institutional health care (hereinafter referred to as the Act) permanent a collective body set up by the Minister Health. The main task of the Commission is to submit to the Ministry written expert assessment of the Commission in the hospital classification procedures pursuant to the provisions of § 12 to § 14 of the Act and expert assessment in the evaluation of the network pursuant to Article 9 of the Law.
Professional assessment binding on the Ministry of Health. The expert assessment shall be approved by a vote agreed by a majority of its members. The expert assessment shall be made public on the website of the Ministry of Health. A member of the Networking Commission who disagrees with the recommendation of a majority of its members shall be required to attach his or her different opinion, together with a justification for this expert assessment.
The remit, status, rules of procedure, composition, activities and tasks of the Chairperson of the Board, the Chairperson of the Working Group, the members of the Board and the members of the Working Party shall be the subject of the Statute of the Network of Categorized Hospitals and Expert Working Groups published on the website.
The Commission has a chairman and nine members appointed and recalled by the Minister for Health. A member of the Commission shall be required to keep confidential the confidential information and information which he has learned about regarding his membership of the Commission. The obligation of confidentiality persists even after the termination of membership of the Commission.
