The largest health insurance company in Slovakia has since 16 April 2024 occupied all positions in the board of directors. Following the selection procedure and subsequent approval by the Health Care Supervisory Authority, he is the third member of the Board of Directors of the General Health Insurance Company Ing. Matúš Jurové, PhD.

Matej Fekete, MBA: member of the board of directors (from 11. 04.2024, vice-president of the board of directors (from 16.4.2024). -Ing. Matúš Jurových, PhD.: member of the board of directors (from 16. 04. 2024).
The management of the insurance company was entrusted with a fixed term for a period of five years.
