The selection procedure for the appointment of a member of the board of directors of the company Všeobecná zdravozné poisťovňa, a. s., who will be the chairman of the board of health insurance company, took place on 27 March 2024 at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
Two tenderers came forward to the tender within the deadline, who fulfilled the conditions and requirements of the tenderer and participated in the invitation to tender in question.
On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the established assumptions and requirements for the performance of the occupied function of a member of the board of directors of the company Všeobecná zdravozné poisťovňa, a. s., which will be the chairman of the board of health insurance company and an oral interview (including an assessment of the project submitted by individual applicants), the results of the candidates evaluated and determined the result of the selection, i.e. the list of candidates who have complied with the specified conditions and announced by the selection panel to the exerciser of shareholder rights to the Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic, as follows:
