In the event of failure to fulfil the public optimal network, health insurance companies shall forward their opinions to the Health Care Supervisory Authority (SADC) on the reasons for the failure of the public optimal network of general outpatient care providers and specialist outpatient care providers provided in a specialised practice and on their planned measures. The Ministry of Health receives these opinions from the ÚDZS and subsequently publishes them.
