Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic within the meaning of § 80 (1) (a). f) Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on healthcare providers, healthcare professionals, health professionals' organisations and amending certain laws as amended, publishes the amount of cash and non-monetary income received by a healthcare professional from the holder of the authorisation to manufacture medicinal products, the holder of the authorisation to distribute medicinal products and the holder of the registration of medicinal products for human use or through a third party. Reports on the amount of income are given as received by the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. The healthcare professional is obliged to report this data to the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic every calendar quarter within 30 days of its completion.
