The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 362/2011 Coll. on medicinal products and medical devices as amended, publishes a list of the entities to which they derive within the meaning of § 15 (1) (a). (u) obligations for the holder of a decision to manufacture medicinal products, § 18 (1) (a). r) obligations for the holder of the authorisation to distribute medicinal products on a large scale and § 60 (1) (a) (u) the obligation for the marketing authorisation holder of a medicinal product to submit annually to the Ministry of Health by 31 January at the latest a report on the amount of expenditure on promotion, marketing and non-monetary services provided directly or indirectly to the healthcare provider for the previous year, in this case for the period from 1.1.2013 – 31.12.2013.
