RETURN TO UNDRAWN AND NEEDED HEALTH CARE
FOR PERSONS GIVEN TEMPORARY TO THE RESPONSE
A foreigner who is not publicly insured is not insured in another Member State and is also a foreigner who has been granted temporary refuge in the Slovak Republic.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic can determine the extent of health performances paid over and above the immediate health care that is understood by the publication on its website.
The amount of reimbursement for medicinal products, medical devices and dietetic foods is governed by the current list of categorised medicinal products, medical devices and dietetic foods. In the case of a medicinal product, a medical device and a dietary food, the supplement shall be paid by the person to whom the medicinal product, medical device or dietetic food is indicated.
On the basis of the above, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic publishes under § 9h of Act No 580/2004 On its website, the Z. z. z. z. z. z. z. z. o. 1.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic publishes on its website the scope of health care beyond urgent healthcare within the meaning of Act No 577/2004. Z. z. as follows:
From 1 January 2023 The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic regulates for children and adolescents from birth to 18 years + 364 days, who have been granted temporary refuge in connection with the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine, the extent of health care as referred to in § 2, §3 and §7 of Act No. 577/2004 Coll. on the scope of health care paid on the basis of public health insurance and reimbursements for health care services as amended.
From 1 September 2023 The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic regulates for adults who have been granted temporary refuge in connection with the ongoing armed conflict in Ukraine, the scope of health care as referred to in § 2 and §3 of Act No. 577/2004 Coll. on the scope of health care paid on the basis of public health insurance and reimbursements for health care services as amended.
