The meeting took place at the request of the main expert at the Slovak Republic asked for help in changing the reimbursement for Tuberculin.
The meeting was opened by the Director General of the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Policy Dr. Adam Hlôška.
SPFS:
Therapeutic use authorisation has been granted for Tuberculin unregistered medicinal product. This medicine code is MD 286. In 2005 it was set The reimbursement and reimbursement of this medicinal product also covered the costs associated with administration. There is currently only one distribution company that supplies the medicine on the Slovak market. Currently, the producer increased the price. Pneumological offices have a problem buying it because the current reimbursement does not cover them costs.
Insurance undertakings:
They had no idea what the meeting would be about, so they didn't know ahead Ready. They want to quantify the total costs so they can take action opinion. They may then submit this for further discussion.
For MZ SR:
There are two options to address this situation:
- SPFS makes an individual application for each insurance undertaking to make an exception which approved MZ SR insurance companies reimbursed - request for change of payment.
- Insurance companies will contact other manufacturers of this medicine.
