For MZ SR:

General Director of the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Policy MUDr. Adam Dormouse
-reference to the Department of Classification, Pricing and Drug Policy of IVDr. Erica Hanzelya

For the civic association DAR LIFE:

- President Ms OZ DAR LIVOTA Mgr. Vlasta Pagáčová

The meeting took place on the basis of a letter sent by AZ DAR LIFE the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry'); and requested to provide synergies to address the export complaint CellCept 500 mg.

The meeting was opened by the Director General of the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Policy MUDr. Adam Dormouse.

Civil association:

SOZ DARO LIVITY addressed ŠUKL in June 2015 and requested to address the unavailability of the medicine for cardiac transplant patients. The answer to the SUKL was that they recorded increased Interest in exporting CellCept 500 mg but not at the same time register generic exports CellCept medicines, so the availability of healthcare with these they do not consider threatened.

IN RELATION to life, this approach is superficial, unsolving and final. discrimination for patients. Therefore, the OZ requested the Ministry providing synergies to address CellCept's referral 500 mg, on supervising the solution to the problem and adopting possible measures to address the current situation in favour of the Slovak patient.

For MZ SR:

Slovakia is part of the EU and free movement of goods applies here. SUKL may prohibit export only in accordance with current legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU.

Civil association:

They do not propose export bans, they accept legislation and free trade principles of goods and services, however, they propose regulation of the export of the medicinal product to be primarily satisfied Slovak patient and subsequently the medicine can be subject to further trade Redistribution. They believe that even a Slovak patient has the right to fully treated and may not take unnecessary risks just because the medicine intended for the Slovak market is subject to another advantageous trade. CellCept, is registered in Slovakia and properly distributed on the Slovak market, do not see the reason why the patient should take another generic medicine when it has the opportunity to take original medicine. They don't apply for any extra standard, they just want a standard European level of treatment. As patients, they only demand their rights to them they derive from the European Charter of Patient Rights, but also from the Slovak Charter of Patient Rights.

They do not agree that the patient undergoes a change in the set treatment from other than medical reasons.

For MZ SR:

Under current EU and SR legislation, medicines are the same as other commodities, free movement of goods applies here. MZ SR has no other possibility to regulate the distribution of medicinal products, or other means of interfering with the redistribution of medicinal products, as permitted by the legislation.

Civil association:

They disagree that the patient should be compelled from a medical point of view treatment. Why Should He Take the Risk of Undesirables side effects, the need for more frequent testing or other adverse drug reactions. The patient is set to treatment by an expert, exactly as it is for him, after a comprehensive assessment his health best. This is a specific and specific treatment. which have been in trouble since 2010.

They will continue to address this issue and not excluded from lodging a complaint with the European Commission in Brussels.

The meeting was concluded by the Director General of the Department of Pharmacy and Drug Policy MUDr. Adam Dormouse.
