Dr. Križanova, MUDr.
They realise that a change to the Decree is the most difficult way to change, so they are now proposing an amendment to the Annex.
First of all, they are concerned with patients who cannot afford an extra charge for Sevredol € 13.8. This is particularly true for children who do not have comparable compensation. All other medicines of the same ATC group have SR forms that are not suitable for all indications and especially not for children. They claim that the pharmacokinetics of SR form and IR form are not comparable and therefore require that Sevredol be separated from other SR forms in the credit transfer group.
MZ SR:
MZ SR needs documentation to be able to divide the credit transfer group.
MZ SR sees possible way in the amendment of Decree No 435/2011 Z.z., its annexes. This is a more fundamental change on which the Minister for Health must comment. The amendment of the Decree must go through a standard legislative process.
