The meeting took place at the request of Sanofi-Aventis Pharma Slovakia s.r.o. started by PharmDr. Rastislav Pullmann Director of Classification, pricing and drug policy and asked MUDr. A lecturer to present his requirements.
MD Miroslav Lednár:
He pointed out that MabCampath belongs to the Sanofi corporation, since it was
Genzyme has been merged. He stated that the corporation provides the cure
Mabcampath for free for patients by block exemption on 180 packs of the product
Six months. The medicine has lost its registration in Slovakia and has therefore submitted an application for
exclusion from the list of categorised medicinal products. He reported that global production

PharmDr. Rastislav Pullmann:
He said PharmDr. Mazag has already notified the Ministry of Drug Deregistration
Mabcampath.
He pointed out the need to apply for a new group permit for
Campath, as a new medicine, although of the same composition. Group
exemptions may be concurrent.
