The meeting was convened on the basis of the requests referred to above Psychiatry deputies concerning the abolition of the transcription of depots Antipsychotics in regimen - A.
Director of the Department of Classification, Pricing and Drug Policy of the Pharmacy Section; and drug policy MZ SR PharmDr. Rastislav Pullmann welcomed the present and informed them about the written opinion of the main expert of MZ SR psychiatry doc. Dr. Ivan Dóci, PhD, to abolish the A-mode of depots antipsychotics.
He informed those present that the Ministry, in accordance with § 3 (2) (a). (d) and (e) Decree No.723/2004 of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic Z.z. and S § 6 11 (a) (e) Act No 363/2011 Z.z. proceeded to change payment with taking into account the nature of the patient' s disease and the risk of deterioration. Patient disease does not guarantee safe handling of the product. The main objective is: increase patient safety to avoid exposure to uncontrolled and dangerous handling of the product, the need to ensure their storage in cooling boxes exclusively for professionals directly at the office.
He pointed out that a special way of paying the medicine did not in any way mean that the the lack of availability to the patient and does not affect or induce any changes in the therapeutic process. Only the way the medicine was procured has changed.
MUDr. Provazník, MUDr.Dúžek and MUDr. Ferenčáková:
They thanked and stressed that the reason for their request was the the problem as soon as possible and in the interests of their patients reverse this unfavourable situation.
They pointed out, in particular, that the change in legislation, in particular in the there have been situations where the doctor is forced to buy these drugs from his own financial resources, which brings many administrative, financial and medical trouble.
They stated that if there was no further progress in solving the problem, they would meet their concerns about deteriorating quality and overall safety of treatment most at risk of psychiatric patients.
They reiterated, in particular, the fact that both time-time and excessive growth had increased administrative burden on the provider to the detriment of the quality of health provision care.
Another problem was the administration of an injectable antipsychotic during vacation, or absence of a doctor, during hospitalization of a psychiatric patient other somatic disease, etc.

They stated that an outpatient psychiatrist had to run a stock farm that was several neuroleptics quite time-consuming and administrative processing; which is also not taken into account when applying depot neuroleptics.
Dr. Korcsog:

PharmDr. Pullmann:
