We, the undersigned parents and patients are asked according to Act No 85/1990 Coll. as amended, § 1, the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic and the Commission at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the conclusion of the procedure announced on 10.06.2024, that APS for children and adolescents - a fixed point in Komárno continue to be operated in the premises at the address Mederčská ul. 27A, 945 01 Komárno, thus ensuring the ideal available healthcare for patients.

Reason for equipment:
On 12.08.2023, an envelope was delivered to the Slovak Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to as the Slovak Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to as the Slovak Ministry of Health) with the designation of the addressee. The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, Selection Board for the issue of a permit for the prev. APS for children and adolescents - Komárno. The envelope was registered under the banner Z 058460-2024 and assigned from the material scope of the Health Section, but because of its designation the envelope could not be opened in the mailroom. As the envelope was addressed to the selection committee of the MZ SR for the issue of a permit to operate outpatient emergency services for children and adolescents, the MZ SR became aware of its content only when it was opened at the meeting of this commission and found that the envelope contained a submission marked as –A petition for maintaining fixed outpatient emergency services for children and adolescents - fixed point Komárno in the original premises at the address Mederčská ul. 27A in Komárno with the signature of the feeder. In the light of the above, the Health Section forwarded the documentation on 27.08.204 Control, Supervision and Complaints Service (hereinafter referred to as "ÚKDaS").
ÚKDaS as the organizational unit of the MZ SR responsible for handling complaints and petitions in the material scope of the MZ SR received documents received and after assessing the content and formalities of documents received from the submitter, namely the submission marked as "Accompanying letter - Petitions" of 10.08.2024" as well as 78 signature sheets in paper form marked as "Petition for the maintenance of fixed outpatient emergency services for children and adolescents - fixed point Komárno in the original premises at Mederčská ul. 27A in Komárno" in the context of the provisions of Law No 85/1990 Coll. on petition law, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Petic Law Act') registered the documents received in the Special Report of the Registry on the ÚKDaS as a petition under sp. zn. Pet 2/2024, which is the nature of the application. In the petition, the petitioners ask under the law on petition law MZ SR as well as the selection committee MZ SR for the issue of a permit to operate the ambulance of fixed outpatient emergency services for children and adolescents, so that this healthcare continues to be operated in the premises at the address Mederčská ul. 27A, 945 01 Komárno, thus ensuring the ideal available healthcare for patients.
In view of the fact that the petition is in the nature of the application, MZ SR is obliged to make a petition within the meaning of § 5 (6) of the Act on Petitions, namely that MZ SR, as a public authority, materially competent for the execution of the petition containing the application or proposal, will assess its content and send a written reply together with justification to the petitioner's representative within 30 working days of its receipt.
MZ SR submitted the following reply to the petitioner within the meaning of § 5 (6) of the Act on Petitions. In the framework of the tender for the operation of a fixed outpatient emergency services carried out at the Slovak Republic on 15. 8. 2024 was for the operation of a fixed point of outpatient emergency services for children and adolescents in Komárno selected successful candidate MEDCom s. r. o., established Mederčská ul. 739/27, 945 01 Komárno, which MZ SR authorised the operation of a health facility in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on Health Care Providers, Health Workers, Health Organisations in Health and amending certain laws as amended - ambulance of fixed outpatient emergency services for children and the development of a fixed point Komárno with the place of operation Mederčská ul 27A, 945 01 Komárno.
By sending a letter to the representative of the Slovak Republic informing him of the outcome of the execution of the petition, which was designated as "Petition for maintaining a fixed outpatient emergency service for children and adolescents - a fixed point Komárno in the original premises at Mederčská ul. 27A in Komárno" the MZ SR considers the petition to be equipped in accordance with the provisions of § 5 (6) of the Act on petition law.
