The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic informs producers that with effect from 1.7.2009 it plans to remove from the measure MZ SR, which lays down the scope of regulation of health prices as amended
Part 1.1. Mass-produced human medicinal products obtained without a prescription and not included in the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially covered by public health insurance under a special regulation, with the exception of contraceptives, medicinal products for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, anti-smoking medicinal products, weight loss medicinal products and mass-produced homeopathic medicinal products 10 medicinal products having, or on that date will have, the registration of the medicinal product withdrawn,
Section 1.2. Mass-produced human medicinal products which are included in the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially covered by public health insurance according to a special regulation, except for contraceptives, treatments for erectile dysfunction, anti-smoking medicinal products, weight-loss medicinal products and mass-produced homeopathic medicinal products 14 medicinal products which have, or will be on that date, withdrawn from the marketing authorisation.
