Removal of medicinal products from the price measure as at 01.01.2009

The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic informs producers that with effect from 1.1.2009 it plans to remove from the measure MZ SR, which lays down the scope of regulation of health prices as amended

Part 1 1 Mass-produced human medicinal products obtained without a prescription and not included in the list of medicines and medicines fully or partially paid for under public health insurance 34 medicinal products, which have or will have no marketing authorisation on that date,

Part 1 2 Mass-produced human medicinal products included in the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially paid for under public health insurance 32 medicines, which have or will have no marketing authorisation on that date,

and section 1. 3 Mass-produced human medicinal products obtained without a prescription and not included in the list of medicinal products and medicinal products fully or partially paid for under public health insurance and belong to the anatomic-therapeutic-chemical group V09 and V10 - diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals and other radiopharmaceuticals 1 medicineMarketing Authorisation Holder
