The contracting authority Ministry of Health, Limbová 2, 837 52 Bratislava, Slovakia hereinafter referred to as "Public contracting entity') announces that for the initial tender titled Preparation of a feasibility study on the construction of a new hospital in Bratislava and provision of related advisory services on 7.2.2014 at 13:30 local time at the address of the seat of the contracting authority: Ministry of Health SR, Limbová 2, 837 52 Bratislava, SR.
In accordance with § 41 (3) of Law No 25/2006 Z.z. on public procurement and amending certain laws, as amended, the contracting authority is obliged to allow participation in the opening of lots of tenders, designated as "Criteria', to all tenderers who submitted a tender within the time limit for the submission of tenders and whose tender has not been excluded.
