Main tasks: Conceptual and methodological activities at the level of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the field of continuous training of health workers.
Conceptual and methodological work in the field of the system of implementation of continuous training of health professionals in individual health professions; preparation of factual documents for the development of general binding legislation in a defined section; cooperation in the IMI system in the issue of certificates and certificates of education; drafting of draft decisions and referring to requests from foreigners for recognition of professional competence for the exercise of specialised work activities acquired outside the territory of the Slovak Republic with a distinction of rights for citizens of the Member States of the European Union and for citizens of non-member countries of the European Union.

- a self-declaration of competence for legal acts,
- a self-declaration of medical fitness to perform a civil service,
- a self-declaration of the truthfulness of all the data submitted,
- a diploma or certificate of language examination in a language school or other educational establishment, proof of study in a foreign language abroad or a solemn declaration of foreign language proficiency, provided that a foreign language proficiency is also a prerequisite for the occupation of a free state-employed place;
- written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.
