Main tasks:
Conceptual and methodological action at the level of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the field of prevention and provision of health care. Analytical, conceptual and methodological activity at the level of the central administration, aimed at developing and implementing the development of healthcare provision in pathology, geriatrics, neurology and primary contact.
Working out material in the field of healthcare provision.

- a written request for inclusion in the selection/selection procedure;
- a copy of the evidence of achievement of the required education (diploma, certificate or other equivalent document),
- a criminal record statement not older than three months,
- professional structured CV;
- the self-declaration of citizenship pursuant to § 3 of Law No 400/2009,
- self-declaration of state language control,
- a self-declaration of competence for legal acts,
- a self-declaration of medical fitness to perform a civil service,
- a self-declaration of the truthfulness of all the data submitted,
- written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.

BOX 52, 837 52 Bratislava, no later than 28 July 2011. Requests can also be sent by email to katarina.visnovska@health.gov.sk, but it is also necessary to send them by post within the legal deadline.
