Main tasks:
Conceptual and methodological activities in the exercise of supervision of personal data protection and security of the State Information System - Information System of Health (ITS) under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
- exercising supervision of the protection of personal data for the initiation of and during processing;
- the exercise of oversight over the fulfilment of the basic obligations of the operator;
- development of tools, standards and guidelines for the security of information systems in the health sector;
- Guidance of departments of the Ministry, organisations under the Ministry's responsibility to respect security of information systems and regulations under Law No 428/2002 Z.z. on the protection of personal data as amended,
- the implementation of technical, organisational and personnel measures and the processing of related mandatory documentation,
- ensures the development of a security project MZ SR for the management of the information security of all assets, including personal data (Law No. 428/2002 Coll. on personal data protection as amended and MF SR No. 312/2010 Coll. on standards for public administration information systems - §28 to §42),
- registration and registration of information systems,
- keeping and updating documentation to ensure information security;
- submitting annual reports on the status and fulfilment of information security to the management of the Office.

Personal assumptions, additional requirements
The position is not suitable for the graduate.
Practice at least 10 years in the field of security technologies, preparation of analysis, assessment and audits of security, preparation of security projects and documents of security policy of organisations, supervision of security of information systems.
Theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of the development and implementation of security projects, provisions and application of Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended and MF SR No. 312/2010 Coll. on standards for information systems of public administration - §28 to § 42.
Practical knowledge of health informatics and statistics, knowledge of advanced information and communication technologies and their security, information networks and network security features, OS Windows, MS Office, MS Sharepoint, Lotus Notes, work with database systems.
