Main tasks: Conceptual and methodological action to coordinate the social security systems of the inter-state system of the EU Council Regulation with internal links and with implications for decisions with national or international implications at Ministry level.
Conceptual action in the development of measures with responsibility for decisions; ensuring the implementation of Council and EP Regulation 883/2004 on the coordination of social security systems and Council and EP Regulation 987/2009 implementing Regulation 883/2004 in the health sector; coordinating the inter-state system of Council and EP Regulation 883/2004 and Council and EP Regulation 987/2009; representing the Slovak Republic in the Social Affairs Working Group set up by the Council and participating in the preparation of draft regulations on the coordination of social security systems for migrant workers; representing the Slovak Republic in the Board of Auditors of the Administrative Commission on Social Security for Migrant Workers of the EU; representing the Slovak Republic in the EU Advisory Committee; conceptual and methodological action in the field of the macro-economics of health (health insurance and healthcare provision) and preparing the basis for generally binding legislation.
Preparation of the material -Calculation of the average cost of in-kind health insurance claims, including Notation of the Slovak Republic; participation in ensuring the performance and performance of tasks relating to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the coordination of social security systems; Regulation (EC) No 988/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council; Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the procedure for implementing Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 in the Health Department; organisation of the working of the bodies in the process of producing statistical evidence for the purposes of the Slovak Republic , OECD, WHO etc.

- written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.
