Main tasks: Specialized activity in the field of the application of the legal relationships of civil servants and employees carrying out public works consisting of analytical and synthetic activities, evaluation of results and preparation of the basis for decision-making in the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
Complex processing of the agenda of the application of the legal relations of employees performing public service and the performance of public works in the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (in particular: creation of service/work contracts including their annexes, written notices and confirmations related to the assigned agenda); participation in the development of the Staff Regulations and internal organizational standards of the Slovak Republic; performance of other service tasks in the application of the legal relations of civil servants in the Slovak Republic; provision of the agenda of the declarations of assets of civil servants.
Performing an on-going check of the initial documents of civil servants and employees performing public work with actual liquidation of salaries; fulfilling the legal obligation to notify (Social Insurance Institution, Health Insurance Institution); drawing up of statistics on employees and salaries in the field of civil servants and employees working in the public interest; ensuring continuous updating of data (Human, Golem, website of MZ SR ...); drawing up various documents (in particular analyses, opinions, surveys, etc.) necessary for decision-making in the field of human resources of MZ SR.

- a copy of the evidence of achievement of the required education (diploma, certificate or other equivalent document),
- a criminal record statement not older than three months,
- professional structured CV;
- a self-declaration of permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic,
- self-declaration of state language control,
- a self-declaration of competence for legal acts,
- a self-declaration of medical fitness to perform a civil service,
- a self-declaration of the truthfulness of all the data submitted,
- a diploma or certificate of language examination in a language school or other educational establishment, proof of study in a foreign language abroad or a solemn declaration of foreign language proficiency, provided that a foreign language proficiency is also a prerequisite for the occupation of a free state-employed place;
- written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.
