Organisational unit: Project unit
Main tasks: Conceptual, coordination and control activities in the management section of projects financed by EU Structural Funds, other funds and other sources, where the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic is the final beneficiary.
He cooperates and communicates with the institutions involved in project implementation, with the participants in the project, and participates in the implementation of individual activities. It prepares documents and processes draft documentation which will be submitted to the aid provider, produces the necessary statistics, evaluations of the project, prepares documentation for publicity, etc..

• a copy of the evidence of achievement of the required education (diploma, certificate or other equivalent document),
• a criminal record statement not older than three months,
• professional structured CV;
• a self-declaration of permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic,
• self-declaration of state language control,
• a self-declaration of competence for legal acts,
• a self-declaration of medical fitness to perform a civil service,
• a self-declaration of the truthfulness of all the data submitted,
• a diploma or certificate of language examination in a language school or other educational establishment, proof of study in a foreign language abroad or a solemn declaration of foreign language proficiency, provided that a foreign language proficiency is also a prerequisite for the occupation of a free state-employed place;
• written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.

Applications with the above tender reference number and with the required documents should be sent to the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, Personal Office, Limbova 2, P.O. BOX 52, 837 52 Bratislava, no later than 22 June 2011. Requests can also be sent by e-mail to katarina.visnovska@health.gov.sk, but they must also be sent by post within the legal deadline.
