Main tasks:
Legal representation of the Slovak Ministry of Health before the courts of the Slovak Republic.
He directs and is responsible for the activities of the Department of Law; he prepares proposals for actions and opinions on litigation concerning the Department of Health in civil, commercial and criminal law; he participates in the production of position papers in the field of health and administrative law for the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. It draws up observations in the framework of the inter-ministerial and intra-ministerial commentary procedure on generally binding legislation; prepares draft decisions at the second stage of the administrative procedure in particularly complex cases; organises the proceedings of the Court's Court of Justice commission in the form of the preparation of written documents as well as opinions; perform further service tasks as instructed by the Director-General of the Legislative Section.
