Main tasks:
Formation of laws and general binding legislation and approximation of law within the scope of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
Analysis of existing legislation, preparation of draft legislative intentions, draft laws, draft legislative texts as well as other generally binding legislation; drawing up comments in the framework of inter-ministerial and intra-ministerial comments on generally binding legislation.
Drafting of opinions on technical guidelines of the Ministry of Labour of the Slovak Republic; participating in the discussion of draft legislation in LRV SR, in the Government of the Slovak Republic and in the OR SR; providing publication and registration of generally binding legislation.
Salary offered (gross): pursuant to Act No 400/2009 Coll. on Civil Service

- a self-declaration of medical fitness to perform a civil service,

- a diploma or certificate of language examination in a language school or other educational establishment, proof of study in a foreign language abroad or a solemn declaration of foreign language proficiency, provided that a foreign language proficiency is also a prerequisite for the occupation of a free state-employed place;
- written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.
