Main tasks:
Specialised activity consisting of analytical and synthetic activity, evaluation of results and preparation of groundwork for decision-making on state budget subsidies to support health research and development.
Coordination of the system of subsidies from the state budget to support research and development in the field of health at Ministry level and recipients of subsidies; development of guidelines, revenue in defined issues and cooperation in law-making at Ministry level; methodological activity at Ministry level and beneficiaries of subsidies; expert evaluation of R & D projects in accordance with applicable legislation; drafting and conclusion of contracts between the Ministry of Health and the beneficiary; conceptual activity at Ministry level in defined issues.
Cooperation with the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the field of public calls, submission of applications for subsidies, evaluation and implementation of approved projects; cooperation with other government authorities in a defined area; preparation and drafting of opinions and technical documents.
