Organisational unit: Divisions of founding, founding and shareholder rights
Main tasks:
Performance of conceptual and methodological activities in the field of the exercise of establishment, founding and shareholder rights in the national health resort.
Prepares
- the founding documents and articles of association of state-owned companies and their amendments;
- the founding documents and statutes of non-profit organisations with State participation and their changes;
- the instruments of incorporation of state-owned enterprises and the establishment and amendment of budgetary and contribution organisations.
Implements
- an analysis of the management, accounts and overall activity of the organisations and proposes appropriate measures;
- activities related to the development and application of methodologies for health establishments,
- monitoring the purchase of materials, equipment and medicinal products by medical establishments,
monitoring of competitions in medical institutions (including checking the terms and conditions defined in tenders).
Participates
- the development, preparation and implementation of the concept of transformation of health establishments;
- to coordinate the State's intentions regarding the administration of State assets arising from the performance of the Ministry's founding function;
- to coordinate the national system for the exercise of shareholder rights in 100% state-owned companies with internal and external links to health sector conditions;
- to ensure the exercise of the rights of the shareholder in the companies in which the Ministry has an equity interest;
- to ensure the exercise of the rights of the founder in non-profit organisations in which the Ministry has an equity interest;
- organisational changes (creation, division, merger and dissolution) of State contribution organisations, companies and non-profit organisations;
for professional work relating to the management of State shares in companies and non-profit organisations (including control of the management of State assets).
