Main tasks:
Performance of conceptual and methodological performance activities
establishment, founding and shareholder rights in the resort
national health.
Prepares
- Opinions on the sale and lease of state property under the management of organisations Ministry within the meaning of Act No. 278/1993 Coll. on State Asset Management in as amended, Measures MZ SR No 266/2003 Coll. and Expert guidelines of MZ SR on the administration of state property and disposal of property to the State of 31.7.2003 No M/4976/2003 and ensures the transfer of the documentation to Ministry of Finance SR;
- founding documents and articles of association of companies with property State participation and changes;
- founding documents and statuses of non-profit organisations with property State participation and changes;
- the instruments of incorporation of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of budgetary instruments; and contributory organisations and their changes.
Implements
- summary of data on the disposal of State assets,
- an analysis of the management, accounts and overall activity of the organisations; and proposes appropriate measures;
- Activities related to the development and application of medical methodologies facilities.
- to coordinate the State's management of State assets acting as a founding minister;
- to coordinate the national system for the exercise of shareholder rights in companies 100% State equity with internal and external links medical conditions;
- to ensure the exercise of shareholder rights in companies, in of which the Ministry has an equity interest;
- to ensure the exercise of the rights of the founder in non-profit organisations; by which the Ministry holds a holding;
- for organisational changes (creation, division, merger and dissolution) of state contributory organisations, companies and non-profit organisations;
- for professional work related to the management of shares State in companies and non-profit organisations (including State asset management).
