Main tasks:
Performance of specialised performance activities
establishment, founding and shareholder rights in the resort
national health.
Prepares
- founding documents and articles of association of companies with property State participation and changes;
- founding documents and statuses of non-profit organisations with property State participation and changes;
- the instruments of incorporation of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of budgetary instruments; and the contribution organisations and their changes,
Implements
- an analysis of the management, accounts and overall activity of the organisations; and propose appropriate measures;
- Activities related to the development and application of medical methodologies facilities.
Implements
- the archiving of the founding documents of organisations under the Ministry's responsibility, and
archiving their changes and ensuring the complexity of the establishment documentation.
Participates
- to coordinate the State's management of State assets acting as a founding minister;
- to coordinate the national system for the exercise of shareholder rights in companies 100% State equity with internal and external links medical conditions;
- to ensure the exercise of shareholder rights in companies, in of which the Ministry has an equity interest;
- to ensure the exercise of the founder's rights in non-profit organisations; by which the Ministry holds a holding;
- for organisational changes (creation, division, merger and dissolution) of state contributory organisations, companies and non-profit organisations;
- for professional work related to the management of shares State in companies and non-profit organisations (including State asset management).
