Main tasks:
Performance of specialised performance activities
establishment, founding and shareholder rights in the resort
national health.
Prepares
- proposals for measures to improve the economic situation
medical establishments under the Ministry's founding competence;
Implements
- summary and evaluation of economic data of health establishments necessary to assess the economic situation of companies;
- Activities related to the development and application of medical methodologies facilities;
- analysis of the management and overall activity of the organisations concerned the Ministry and proposes appropriate measures.
Participates
- to coordinate the State's management of State assets acting as a founding minister;
- to coordinate the national system for the exercise of shareholder rights in companies 100% State equity with internal and external links medical conditions;
- to ensure the exercise of shareholder rights in companies, in of which the Ministry has an equity interest;
- to ensure the exercise of the rights of the founder in non-profit organisations; of which the Ministry has an equity interest;
- for organisational changes (creation, division, merger and dissolution) of state contributory organisations, companies and non-profit organisations;
- for professional work related to the management of shares State in companies and non-profit organisations (including State asset management).
