Main tasks:
Specialised activity consisting mainly of analytical and synthetic activity, evaluation of results and preparation of decision-making documents in the field of healthcare provision decisions.
Draft decisions on the authorisation to provide health care, proposals for remedies against first instance decisions of self-governing regions, professional organisations of competent chambers and other bodies of organisations in which MZ SR acts as second-stage body.
Preparation of opinions and interpretations on requests by natural and legal persons in relation to the applicable laws governing the provision of health care and preparation of first instance decisions issued by MZ SR; handling of complaints and requests by state authorities, health insurance companies.

• written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the choice of law No 428/2002 Z.z. on personal data protection as amended.
