Main tasks:
Specialised activity consisting mainly of analytical and synthetic activity, evaluation of results and preparation of decision-making documents in the field of healthcare provision decisions.
Draft decisions on authorisation for health care, proposals on remedies against first instance decisions of self-governing regions, professional organisations of competent chambers and other bodies of organisations in which MZ SR acts as second-level body.
Preparation of comments in the framework of the inter-ministerial and intra-ministerial commentary procedure on generally binding legislation; participation in drawing up the documents for the creation of software databases, as well as in drafting and commenting on contract texts and agreements.
