Main tasks:
Specialised activity consisting mainly of analytical and
synthetic activity, evaluation of results and preparation of evidence for
Decision-making in the field of decisions in the substantive scope of the Section
pharmacy and drug policy.
Prepares draft decisions on the authorisation to provide medicine
care proposals for decisions on the classification of medicinal products;
medical devices and dietetic foods, proposals for decisions on
remedies against first instance decisions in cases
the classification of medicinal products, medical devices and dietetic foods; and
other in which MZ SR acts as first-stage or second-stage
second-stage body in the field of material competence of the pharmacy and medicinal product section
policies.
It cooperates in creating and commenting on interdepartmental and
Intra-ministerial commentary on generally binding legal
Regulation.
