Main tasks:
Conceptual and methodological activities at the level of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the field of health care provision in the medical fields of orthopedics, surgery, trauma, ORL dentistry, haematology pathology, clinical microbiology, clinical biochemistry, laboratory medicine, clinical pharmacology, , transfusion, review and review medicine, clinical occupational medicine and clinical toxicology.
Cooperation in handling complaints, submissions, complaints and petitions at the level of the Ministry of Health.
Preparation of material documents in the process of lawmaking and international contracts in the field of health care. Drafting material on draft laws and regulations in the field of health care, concepts and legislative proposals in the field of prevention and provision of healthcare.
Drafting material in the field of health care provision, material in the approximation of the law in the field of healthcare provision; drafting concepts and legislative proposals in the field of prevention and provision of healthcare in medical fields.
Cooperation with other departments and bodies in addressing issues related to the allocated agenda; commenting on materials and legislation sent from other departments; drafting material to approximate the law in the field of healthcare provision.
