Main tasks:
Conceptual and methodological activities at the level of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic in the medical fields gynecology and obstetrics, reproductive medicine, oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiology and cardiosurgery.
Conceptual and methodological action at the level of the central administration focused on creating and implementing development in the field of health care provision in the medical fields, gynecology and obstetrics, reproductive medicine, assisted reproduction, oncology, radiation oncology, radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, cardiology, cardiosurgery; ensuring cooperation with international organisations in the conditions of WHO, OECD, EU and in the development of national programmes for the care of women and mothers; cooperation in the handling of complaints, submissions, complaints and petitions at the level of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic; preparation of conceptual materials and methodological activities in assigned medical departments; development of expert guidelines and concepts; participation in the preparation of higher legal standards.
Operational administrative activity related to cooperation with other departments and foreign entities in dealing with programmes and issues related to the allocated agenda; developing factual evidence in the field of health care provision; developing factual evidence in the approximation of healthcare law.
