Main tasks:

Public health; laying down principles for monitoring the burden on the population
environmental and labour-related factors, prevention principles,
the spread and to limit the occurrence of communicable diseases, other mass diseases,
emerging diseases and other health disorders; professional guidance
health and public health protection; management and implementation
State supervision, management and control of state administration in the protection field
Health; issuing instructions and assessments on matters of national importance;
ordering measures in the event of epidemics and in the event of their risk;
giving consent to the production, import and use of vaccines, sera,
biological diagnostic preparations and the like; management and organisation of
vaccinations and emergency vaccinations; expert guidance for regional
