Main tasks: Control and supervision activities at the level of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. Implementation of control and surveillance activities within the meaning of the applicable legislation (Law No. 10/1996 Coll. on control in the State Administration in the current version, Act No. 502/2001 Coll. on financial control and internal audit in the current version, Act No. 578/2004 Coll. on health care providers, health workers, health professional organisations and amending certain laws in the current version) . Investigation of complaints and petitions under applicable legislation; handling of oral complaints submitted to the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic; contact and communication with complainants, handling of submissions under applicable medical legislationSalary offered (gross)pursuant to Act No 400/2009 Coll. on Civil Service...

BOX 52, 837 52 Bratislava, no later than 30 November 2012.
